What exactly is in the feasibility brief?

The Basic package's Concept Feasibility Review is a single-architecture mission brief with a top-level mass & delta-v estimate, a propulsion option shortlist, and key risk flags — delivered in 5 business days. You can view a sample brief (PDF) before you commit.

What happens if my mission scope changes mid-study?

Minor adjustments are handled inside your existing package at no extra charge. Bigger changes — a new architecture option, added interfaces, a different orbit — are quoted as a fixed add-on before any extra work starts, so you always approve the cost first.

Who reviews my study?

Every deliverable goes through AeroVectrix's internal engineering review before it reaches you, regardless of package. Premium adds a live review-board walkthrough session where you can question the findings directly with the engineers.

What if I only need the Basic tier?

The $2,400 Concept Feasibility Review stands on its own — many customers use it purely as a fast go/no-go check before committing further. There's no obligation to continue into a Standard or Premium study afterward, and the $500 reservation deposit is fully credited toward that $2,400 price.

What's the process, and how long does it take?

Start with a free intake call to confirm mission scope. Once scope is confirmed, the clock starts: Basic delivers in 5 business days, Standard in 10, Premium in 15. You get a written fixed quote before any work begins, so there's no ambiguity about cost or timeline.

How does payment work?

Each package is fixed-price, agreed in writing before the study starts — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Standard terms are 50% to confirm scope and start the clock, 50% on delivery. Ask during intake if you need different terms for a public-program or institutional purchase order.

What's your refund policy?

If AeroVectrix hasn't started scoped work yet, the deposit is fully refundable. Once a study is underway, you're covered by the risk register and revision terms in your package — Premium includes two revision rounds. If a delivered study doesn't match the agreed scope, that gap gets fixed at no extra cost.

What makes this different from other design consultancies?

What if our mission scope changes mid-study?

Do you handle proprietary or export-controlled information?

Yes — client-specific engagements are handled under NDA and appropriate export-control handling. Public studies and this site deliberately exclude proprietary detail, fabrication recipes, and hazardous or weaponization guidance; sensitive mission detail stays off the public record.
